I’ll tell you. 

It means beauty and connection to Earth.

A grounding so deep I can rely on my feet to hold my body and take me where I need to go. 

It means love that radiates through to the animals, the children, and the other women around me. 

It means hope and healing. 

Being a woman means pride. 

Pride in my mother, grandmothers and great-grandmothers before me who worked tirelessly to lift me up to where I am today. 

I can almost reach the stars when they started under water.
