Picture this: a bunch of whimsical feminists unite to share stories of the female spirit. That is what Lobster Salad and Champagne is. Our name comes from a famous quote by Lord Bryon: “A woman should never be seen eating or drinking, unless it be lobster salad and Champagne.” We chose this name more sarcastically than Bryon intended it, though. Unlike Bryon, we focus only on the female perspective, and we encourage you to subsist on more than this meal. We are all about being authentic to ourselves, and telling untold stories from the female perspective. Stay tuned for our first issue in Fall 2024!
